  • Yes. We make all of our products (except our bread) in a gluten-free kitchen, which means there is no gluten present in the environment.

Additionally, the grains and flours I purchase are certified gluten free.

However, please be aware that some ingredients from our suppliers often display descriptions such as ‘may contain’ which means they cannot 100% guarantee the elimination of gluten in the production environment. This is usually common in mills where flour and other grains are all produced in the same premises.

If you choose to eat products sold by Flourish Bakery, please be aware of this circumstance.

Our bread is baked in the Community Connections Neighbourhood Kitchen which is a commercial rental space.
